ECS is fully committed to South Africa and its people’s development. As a learning organisation, we constantly encourage and support our staff in developing themselves and have run intern programmes for graduates that are passionate about what ECS does. University Engineering students have been given the opportunity to work on projects at ECS, spending their required time in industry to graduate, and school learners have been welcomed on work experience programmes which allow the direct interaction with ECS’s team. Our interest in developing disadvantaged youth has extended to various donations of laptops and calculators to under-privileged schools.
ECS has partnered with #YES4YOUTH, a zero-rated national platform that provides work opportunities for young individuals as part of its one-year Internship Programs for Analysts, Business Intelligence Developers, and SQL Developers. These young people are put through ECS’s structured Internship Program, providing them with mentorship, development and valuable work experience.
